John used his resources well. He had metal recyclers on site. He listed things on Craig's list and put them out in the yard for a little mini sale ( the deal is that he owns all the contents of the house and does what he wants with them.).Pots and pans were taken to agencies that supported the homeless, as well as clothing and linens. John really made an effort to avoid putting things in the dumpster which we appreciated.
FYI, we already had a dumpster on site. John might have charged more without it being there.
I can't recommend JJ West Cleanouts more highly. John and his crew were pleasant, prompt and worked like maniacs.
