John was able to give me an estimate within a day’s time, and started the work within a week. They were prompt, pleasant and courteous even while working in uncomfortable surroundings (attic heat and cramped quarters). They covered the area with a tarp and kept the area clean. I was surprised afterwards to see black still on the walls, but John was very helpful in explaining they have a painter come in afterwards and apply an antimicrobial agent which kills and then continues to prevent future mold growth on the coating. I would definitely hire them again for any of there services. Very pleasant to deal with.
Update 4-19-14: They did leave a dirty mess for me to clean up on the opening to the attic. I hired them again for upholstery cleaning and two cushions were not cleaned on the back side. I will not hire them again.
