It went great, they replaced 14 feet of the sill in 1 day then they sent someone else to replace all the siding around the door that they had to remove to get to the sill damage. They also dealt with the building inspector to upgrade the footings and build a new 8 x 12 deck. It looks great, I am very happy with the end results. I would highly recommend them.

I spoke to Bob for an estimate, he told me no charge unless the wall needed to be "engineered" (if it was load-bearing and would need a structural beam installed to remove it safely). I said great! He came out and my husband was there to meet him. He spent 15 minutes looking around, took a few pictures, and said it wasn't load-bearing and that would be $100 and that he would send us an invoice. Seriously? If he told me it would be $100 upfront, I wouldn't have had a problem with it, but he didn't. He decided AFTER he'd done the evaluation that he would charge us. Needless to say, I cannot recommend someone who would be so dishonest.
