Appliance Repair
I called on Wednesday and asked if they could fix a problem with my washer not draining. They offered to come the next day. I was not here when they got here - they called and gave me 5 minutes to get home. Bruce was very understanding and went straight to the machine to fix.
He thought it would be a 30 minute job to replace the pump. Instead he found tons of sand throughout the machine (and the pump was gone). He spent almost 2 hours cleaning the machine and fixing the pump. He also gave me some recommendations of how to make the drain better (and told me it was things we could do ourselves for a lower cost).
After spending the additional time (and me being late) the price from the estimate only went up $20.
I hope we have no other problems with our appliances - but if we did - they would be our first call.
