 + -1 moreContractor was to install heated cable wire and re-install chimney cap. He did the work but after cable wiring became dislodged during first snow. I called contractor to come out and make repair. He said he would be did not. After several messsages and emails, he still hasn't shown up. Avoid this company. May use the name MDT Contractors
