Arthur Oliveira had not pay for materials we delivered and will not return our calls or emails. Do NOT do business with him.

Avoid contracting Arthur for any kind of home improvement work. We hired Arthur Oliveira and his company, Luxe Renovations, to replace the exterior trim on a 3 unit residential building. I'm the owner of 1 of the 3 units. The total project was quoted at $30,148.01 on July 6th, 2023. The first payment was made on July 7th, 2023 and the second payment was made on 8/2/23. The third and final payment is not due until project completion. The estimate of time to complete the project was two weeks. After 6 months, the project is still not complete and we haven't heard from Arthur or anyone from his team since our last email exchange on November 13th, 2023. He has been on several email exchanges with all owners, including pictures of the current status of the building, and we've received no response from him. We've moved on with another company and it turns out that ALL of the work that had been done was done improperly. There are gaps between the trim and the window which are allowing water penetration. Avoid Arthur and this company at all costs.

My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with the results of the project. Arthur was able to deliver everything that we had asked for on time and on budget. Helped through the full design process, and even picked up the tile for us. No unexpected surprises. Our kitchen looks brand new without the cost and hassle of replacing our cabinets. We were referred to Luxe Renovations and Arthur from a friend and we are glad that we reached out! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable contractor!

Do not use this company. The person in charge, Arthur is unreliable, undependable and inconsiderate. I had major work done on my house and there where many problems, tile work, holes in wall etc. after it was finished. The person who did the tile work in the kitchen did not know what he was doing. I called Arthur many times but he would not return my calls and did not follow up to repair work on things that were bad. Now when I call I still can not get in touch with him. He abandoned me. So, I would stay away from this person and Do not use this company.

Avoid! Seemingly nice at first but beware! Unresponsive, unprofessional, and poorly organized. We hired Luxe Renovations based on 2 previously positive experiences with Bright Painting, the painting company. What a huge disappointment this was! Initially the team was fine to work with. The interior painting was okay. We agreed the team would return to address drips and to remove the liquid masking tape used to protect the windows. They also assured us they could sand and stain the stairway railing to match the floors. After the painting was complete, everything completely fell apart. Our emails and calls regarding the touchup work went unanswered. If we did get an answer, we were told someone would be out "next week" to fix the issues. No one ever showed up. The person sent to work on the railing has apparently never done such work before since that's the only way he could even remotely consider this a job well done. The railing is patchy, uneven, looks awful and feels worse. It's rough, ragged and unsafe due to being loose. The tradesman sent his boss inaccurate images of the finished project (basically lied) showing a completed job. When the manager stopped by he admitted the work was terrible and promised to send someone else. No one was ever sent, despite our attempts to follow up. They also left drips throughout the house and liquid masking tape on tall windows. I was told they have other jobs and didn't have time to finish ours. I guess they figured they'd gotten enough money from us and didn't care to actually finish the job they were hired and contracted to do. I'm not sure what's changed since Selso was in charge of Bright Painting, but this business is poorly run and unreliable. Stay away from Luxe Renovations and hire a trustworthy, competent, and honest company.

Arthur at Luxe Renovations is personable, professional and reliable. His staff did a perfect job painting our living room. Communication with him was clear and prompt. Would definitely hire again.

It went very well. It was wonderful, the experienced was amazing, cleaned up after himself and he answered all my questions and I have recommend them to two other people.
