An installer appeared at my 90 year old mother's home and performed a repair including new springs on 2 doors and a new motor. My mother is hard of hearing and told that the project would cost $1800. When it was completed 2 hours later he charged her $4700.00 and coerced her to write him a check in his name. He told her that they do take credit cards. We are trying to cancel the check. I would NOT recommend this company. I learned of a second incident in the town of Bedford MA from the same installer where the price was grossly inflated.
