asbestos removal
 + -1 moreThe job turned out to be a bit more complicated than anticipated. There was a subfloor to the attic and vermiculite had fallen into this space. It was tricky to remove without having to pull up the entire floor. Also, we hadn't expected to find mold, too. Xavier was very flexible and willing to see that everything was done thoroughly. He kept me up to date with photos, and was very careful to work around people in the area and to clean up everything around the work space (and then some!). I highly recommend Angelina's Environmental Services.
Description of Work: We wanted to reinsulate an attic space but were told that the existing insulation was vermiculite (a relative of asbestos) and that we had to have it removed before we could put in new insulation. During the process, we discovered that we also had mold. Fortunately Xavier is certified in both asbestos abatement and mold. Fortunately as well that he noticed the mold and was able to take care of both jobs for us back-to-back.
