The job turned out to be a bit more complicated than anticipated. There was a subfloor to the attic and vermiculite had fallen into this space. It was tricky to remove without having to pull up the entire floor. Also, we hadn't expected to find mold, too. Xavier was very flexible and willing to see that everything was done thoroughly. He kept me up to date with photos, and was very careful to work around people in the area and to clean up everything around the work space (and then some!). I highly recommend Angelina's Environmental Services.
