The new roof was done in 1 day, a few days after I signed the contract. I received an estimate detailing the material, work, & cost within a day or 2 of calling. Scott Sirois was able to advise me and schedule the work for good weather conditions (a very cold winter & spring). He always answered calls in a timely fashion. I got 2 other estimates which were slightly less money but the roofer was buying a less quality product from Lowe’s & did not own the job (ie just a mobile number - might not have been reachable if a problem in the future).

We are very pleased with Scott Sirois' work. Although the start date was delayed twice, Scott kept us informed and it was not a problem for us. The crew worked quickly and professionally to complete the job. They knew what they were doing and were down to business in their work. Some of the crew has worked for Scott for 15 years which says a lot about their skills and Scott's management. His quote was the final price - no changes. We recommend them highly and will use them again.

Scott Sirois was always available by phone (or returned a call within an hour) and very easy to deal with. He inspected and figured out the problem with the old roof and gave me an estimate to repair or replace within a day. The roof was done promptly within a few days and took one day to complete. The trim boards were replaced and painted within a few days. He was always on top of the job - no need to chase him down. It took me 6 weeks to get 2 other estimates -- hard to get people to call back. I couldn't believe how expensive rubber roofing is but his was the most reasonable pricewise and he was the only one who didn't try to push me into doing a bigger job. I felt he was very fair in our negotiations over the few small extras (trim boards,...). The roof looks nice and meticulous and will last many years.

Scott evaluated a rubber roof repair with interior wall/roof damage. Snow melt, ice melt and rain water are leaking into the living-room via the skylite. As an emergency/temporary fix, Scott scraped off all the snow/ice debris and placed a very large, blue tarp over the roof until we get the funds to fix the roof. The cost of that was $450.

They were great - quick and professional and cleaned up afterward.

Scott and his workman did a fantastic job with our home. Each job was completed in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. When unexpected issues occurred, Scott kept us in the loop and fully explained each step of the job. His workman kept the worksite and our home clean and tidy -- a big task given they were here for several weeks. The quality and workmanship were exceptional and Scott always went the extra mile to insure that we were happy. We will be contacting Scott again for future jobs and would highly recommend him.

Scott was very responsive--he gave me an estimate that remained the same. He kept me updated as to his schedule and when he could start. He showed up punctually and the work was completed in two days. I had just had a new driveway put in and he made sure there was no damage with the dumpster by putting it on my lawn. Everything was cleaned up. Scott was very professional and pleasant as were his workers.
