Description of Work: I contacted them for an estimate to repair grout on our granite countertops. Someone came to look at it and recommended other services as well. That was in February.

Description of Work: We hired this company to repair and polish the master bathroom marble floor and area around the tub and shower. They also repaired chipped granite in the kitchen and replaced a few tiles in another bathroom. Unfortunately the attention to detail was lacking in that the owner stated the job was "done" when there was mismatched grout, new peeling and chipped paint along the baseboards and walls, residual silicone around areas of work, a missed area of polished marble in the bathroom around the toilet, shower fixtures uninstalled, and uneven replacement of one of the floor tiles which was also chipped (new tile). I asked the grout be matched and on the third try when we were shown samples (not shown first 2 times) some of the grout matched. The tile in the shower floor still does not match. On a return visit, a bathroom fixture was broken with no explanation. The owner tried to remedy the situation by sending a painter who did a nice job and offering to replace the fixture when I pointed it out. He tried to sand down the chipped elevated tile without much improvement. The job also took 2.5 times longer than quoted.
