Downes Pest & Wildlife is a family owned & operated company that has been in business since 1979. We provide exemplary customer service and safe, effective solutions to pest problems. Downes Pest Solutions uses integrated pest management (IPM) combined with the judicious and appropriate use of products to provide environmentally responsible solutions. Downes Pest Solutions is fully licensed (license #32090) and insured. We are members of the NEPMA, NPMA and are members of the Wood Destroying Insect Inspections Registry. Downes Pest Solutions provides customized solutions for a wide variety of residential and commercial properties. The cornerstone of our success is communication and customer service. We provide clear documentation and comprehensive education to insure all involved parties understand the problem and their role in the process. It is equally important that the customer have accurate expectations of the treatment and have access to a professional who can address questions and concerns quickly.

As things happened, we had an extended stretch of rain not long after the initial spray (which no doubt diluted the first application.) New ants appeared soon after, so I did call to request the company return for a second round of spraying. Another young man arrived soon after (again, a cheerful sort) and did the second spray. We had no problems thereafter.
