 + -1 moreI REALLY LIKED GOING THERE BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW VERY MUCH ABOUT COMPUTERS. THEY MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE BY USING TERMS THAT I AM FAMILIAR WITH. THEY ARE PROBABLY THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE COMPUTER PEOPLE I HAVE EVER SPOKEN TO.
Description of Work: THEY PERFORMED AN INTERNAL REBOOT AND MODEM UPGRADE.
