One of the owners comes out and does the work and provides the necessary feedback to prevent the mice from coming back into the house and I relay it to the tenants.

I've been dealing with him for over 20 years. Each category for all my houses, he's "A" all the way. The owners do the job themselves. They also give you good feedback on how to prevent the pests from coming in again. Whatever you have to do, whether it's keeping the shrubs cut or doing something within your home. But, I really like that it's the owners.

They just come out and exterminate the house. I just call them when I think I have a problem, and they come out and straighten it all up. It's a small family-owned business, and I think their price is less than some of the big companies. I have never had any problems with them.
