The owner Rudy came out for an initial assessment, and scheduled for the work. On the day of the work two workers came out, they setup all the proper decontaminate barriers that Rudy said they would, finished the work in about 5 -6 hours, and left the house clean. Afterward I went up to take a look and found out they have missed an area. Called them up to come out again and they were quick to do so and correct the mistake. Rudy came out on the last visit himself.
I had an overall positive experience with them, it would be nice if they didn't have to come out a second time, but we all make mistakes.

It went very well. THey were very clean and were careful about how they enclosed the area so there were no fibers floating around. They did a good job.

Rudy Nelson, the owner, came to do my estimate and a few month later (this delay was my choice) his 3-man crew came on time, worked quietly and cleanly, and got the job done. The foreman was very polite and helpful. The job took two days and I was able to live in the house during the process. They did have a sealed off containment area set up upstairs so I chose to sleep downstairs away from this for the one night, just to be on the safe side. I got several estimates and his price was very reasonable. Diane was always very easy to reach at the office by phone or e-mail and was very helpful getting me the documentation I needed to get the attic re-insulated in a timely fashion. I couldn't ask for more.

Overall, they were very professional. The techniques they described were all very standard. They offered to take samples of some of the areas to verify asbestos. They got back to us pretty quickly with the results.

Excellent! They arrived around 6:30 a.m and worked till 7:00 p.m. Part of their job was coordinating with roofers. They stopped their work when there was rain at the request of roofers (in spite that they might have to come back from 30 miles away on the following day). They also covered the roof at the end of their job for weather proof. The price was also excellent. Some other company in this list gave me the quote of $11000.

The service was very good and the price was the best of the 3 contractors contacted. They were prompt to meet my desired completion date and finished my house in one day.
