home builders
 + -1 morethis builder is HONEST, he is talented and thinks outside the box. his work is beautiful. we saw work ranging from antique restorations respecting all the original beauty but bringing in modern convenience and environmentally friendly systems and materials. he is responsible, punctual, fairly priced and a nice person. he can run circles around the other contractor that we had considered. his wife runs the office and is wonderful also. any building project in our future is going to be done with chafik and his company.
Description of Work: architectural plans, permits for an inlaw apartment.
