Tom appeared to be a good guy initially but after getting paid, the roof on my bay window that he installed leaked. He showed up to pour fiber seal on it which melted and leaked all over the window. Itâ s been over 1 month and I donâ t think he has intention to fix or remedy the problem he has caused. Really poor work to ethic and dishonest.

Within days of getting a quote, a date/ time was set for the job to get done. He was on time for starting the work. Great clean up. I would hire him again for other bigger projects. Friendly and very professional.
