Eddie is the hardest working guy I have had the pleasure of meeting. he has restored my faith in the American work ethic. He approached my tired shower area with its cracked and leaky grout and did such an awesome job. "New Again" is a perfect name for his company because now the shower area absolutely looks new again. I was hating the old shower and now I love it again. All for a fair price as well. He deserves 10 stars.

The experience was fair. The re grouting was very well.

Eddie and his crew are great. After an initial conversation, he showed up the next day for a quote. He explained in depth the problem and suggested a few solutions. On the day of the repair, they were on time and completed the work beautifully, timely, and within budget. I have no qualms to recommend New-Again Tile And Grout Restoration for your next project.

Eddie was great. Very professional. Arrived early (even when I was late! Sorry!) Worked fast and updated me on timeline of project as it was completed. Came out great. My bathroom looks like new. Eddie called to let us know he would be 10 minutes late(!!) He and his helper worked efficiently and expertly. He protected the carpet outside the bathroom and cleaned up the bathroom when they finished. And the 2 men were personable and responsive to questions.

Excellent work

Ed did and excellent job on my shower floor, a few days later there was a problem with the shower floor ( not Eds work) Ed came right back and corrected it the day after I called him.

Ed did a fantastic job. I had been told by another contractor that because of some moisture damage it was an impossible job but Ed accepted the job and did beautiful work. My tub area looks brand new and I've received several compliments because of the work done in that bathroom by Ed. I would highly recommend his service.

All work was completed as promised, and on time. No complaints or issues whatever. As a customer I was highly satisfied and would recommend Ed to others without hesitation.

On time and money, clean and nice

Eddie communicated how he would perform the work prior to starting, arrived on time, was thorough and left the work area clean. I would definitely recommend him.

Did a good job, really changed the color of the stone by removing all of the dirt that had accrued over the years.  Got some of the corners clean but not all, so there are some darker edges in the corners.

I called this company because I needed restoration work done in one of our bathrooms. An appt was set up with Eddie for an estimate. Unfortunately our initial appt had to be cancelled because of an emergency situation on his end. Eddie contacted me in a timely manner to reschedule our appt. Eddie arrived promptly and spent a good amt of time going over our options for the bathroom and provided us with an estimate before leaving our home. We decided on hiring him for the job and we are happy we did. The work is excellent and our bathroom truly looks New-Again.Eddie is a real pleasant guy and a pleasure to work with. He is honest and professional and takes pride in his work. We are looking forward to working with him again.

The provider was super nice, responsive, friendly and trusting, unfortunately he messaged up the brick pattern 3 times and we had to point out mistakes and things that he had to redo. The tile is not completely flat, and there was glue left on the tiles which I had to clean off weeks after.
Quality was not his strong point, but if you have a simple job and want cheap prices. He would be good.

Everything about the project went perfect. I called Eddie and he set up a time to come out to the house to give an estimate on the job. I thought the price very fair and he arrived on the dot of time on the day scheduled. The job was done in the time predicted and also done neatly. He did a wonderful job and I will recommend him to others and will call him again in the future when I have another similar project.

I never thought I would find anything good on Angie's List but I picked a winner with New Again. Eddie, the owner, was responsive, courteous and professional. He was honest about what to expect and he was right on the money. Eddie and his assistant arrived on time and worked with just a short break for lunch. Three bathrooms later, the result of their hard work was like they were new. Restoring gave three 60's bathrooms a new life thanks to New Again. If you're thinking of re-grouting, New Again will not disappoint!!!

He is phenomenal. He is very responsive and he does quality work. He is very detailed. We had grout that we didn't like because it was too dark. He came in, cleaned the grout, and he used a sealer that could change the color of the grout and it looks fantastic all the time.

Pertaining to both the estimate and the job, Ed was very prompt, professional and hard working and a very nice fellow. The job was completed as promised on time and on budget. The tile looks amazing - better than it did newly installed!
