We’ve been dumping the junk since 2002 with our Dumpster Rental and Junk Removal service business. We’re NOT a giant franchise or corporation and we don’t pretend to be one. Simply put, we’re a family business that believes in customer service at a fair price. When you call (which we hope you do), you’ll get a live person on the phone - a friendly and helpful customer service rep whose job is to make you happy. Great. Intial call to them to obtain estimate was answered by real person , polite, courteous and quite informative. Devin made site visit next day and called me back as promised with a price, how long it would take, and other info I needed to know. A price and start day for project was agreed upon. On that day, KT Cleanouts arrived bright and early and worked throughout the day , finishing in about 6-7 hours which is what I was told earlier. the final price matched the estimate, the pool completely dismantled and the material all taken away. Site left clean as a whistle. I was quite satisfied

Very pleased with the service. Devin keep me informed as to arrival time. Good communication skills. Very pleasant and professional. Was able to remove the TV in no time, and load it into their truck. I would definitely use again.

Everything was fine until we received a bill a month later with unexpected fees - $40 for a "5-day extended rental" never requested - they picked it up 5 days later than the pick-up date written on their contract saying they were busy & forgot about it - $20 Mattress Disposal Fee for a futon mattress the owner said no fee would be charged for - if he said there was a fee, we could have just scheduled FREE pick-up with our regular trash collection provider Called Office to question & contest fees but Office refused to remove them
