I wont use him again. He did just the center of my rug. He did not move anything. I told him don't and he never vacuumed the rug, he just steamed cleaned it and it looked really great and when he left and it dried, I don't know what happened. It's so brown. It is so ugly looking and I don't know whether I should get another. I'm going to try another steam cleaner. When he left, he asked me what I was thinking and I said that it was so blue and so pretty and as soon as it dried, it just change its color to brown. My son was going to use because they have a lemon colored rugs and I told him not to get him. He was here at a reasonable time. I will not use them again and I won't recommend them.

Christmas is coming and we wanted the carpets to look good for the holidays. They now look new again! The service was terrific, they were prompt professional and did a fantastic job. They were even left in almost dry condition (even though we were told the total dry time would be 6 hours). I would highly recommend Kirby Karpet Kleaning.
