FANTINI CONSTRUCTION CO

We are very happy with the beautiful deck Fantini Construction Company built for our home. Tom Quinn worked very closely with us to develop a proposal that would meet our needs and wishes. We wanted an attractive deck that would be easy to maintain. Tom helped us choose a high-quality composite product. We wanted a safety gate to protect small children from the stairs. Tom added this feature to the proposal. We wanted to make sure that water will not leak into our house after major snowfalls. Tom recommended a robust water shield and flashing system. Tom planned the work very carefully to insure that all aspects of the design would be structurally sound and look good. The construction crew was very courteous, well organized, and diligent. They quickly removed materials from our old deck, neatly arranged materials for the new deck, and took time to clean up the work area at the end of each day. We are very pleased with the quality and appearance of the new deck.
