Fancy Tails

I loved how they turned out, she is very reasonably priced! I would recommend her to any of my friends that have dogs. I have been going to her for 5 years and I have never had an issue with her work.

I was referred to Joanne at Fancy Tails by a very satisfied neighbor who has their dog groomed there. I have taken my dachshund to Joanne for nail trims and have been very satisfied. She is friendly and professional And treats the animals very kindly as if they were her own. And she is quite reasonable. I highly Joanne at a Fancy Tails in a Dracut.

I brought my 1 year old chihuahua to Fancy Tails over the summer to have his coat cut short and also for a general grooming. When I made the appointment with the owner, Joanne, she told me to bring my dog in that morning and she would have him ready for pick up in about an hour or two. When I came in to drop him off, she was standing behind the front desk totally ignoring me and playing with her cell phone. Even after she was done playing with her cell phone and noticed me standing there, her meet and greet attitude was not the friendliest to say the least. She then took my dog and put him in a cage and told me she would call me when he was done, which was not the original plan of comming back in an hour or two. Right then I felt like taking my dog back and leaving just because of her un-friendly attitude, but i decided to give it a chance and see how things would go. All late morning and afternoon I waited for her phone call, which didnt come until almost 5:00pm; which was almost 6 hours after I dropped him off! I knew that it didnt take 6 hours to groom a 10lb dog and that he probably was sitting in a cage most of the day. This made me very uneasy. When I arrived to pick him up, he seemed very nervous and scared. I know that he usually does not like being away from me but this time he seemed more scared than usual. Yet again her customer service was far from acceptable, as she was rude and un-friendly, almost seemed aggrivated in a way. She made me feel very uncomfortable. The only positive that came from that experience was that my dog looked great. She did do a very nice job on the grooming itself. Thus, it was not worth the wait and the rudeness.
