John was very professional and knowledgeable about his mattresses. I was looking for a small mattress to put in the living room while I recover from surgery. Originally I was trying out twin mattresses. John suggested the click clack because I could raise 1/3 of the mattress on the head end so that I could sit up. He gave me a discount on the "floor model". He also delivered the mattress on the same day to my house.
