His prices are pretty reasonable. He's upfront. He's not going to try and con you and tell you you need things you don't. If there's something that needs to be corrected, he'll tell you. Then he'll give you the price. If you want to get it done there, you get it done there. He's honest. There's a lot of places that aren't. He's really forthcoming and he tells you like it is. He's been around a long time. He's really upfront with his customers. He does oil changes on Saturdays, so you don't have to wait that long. If you have a problem, he's the guy that's going to fix it. The dealership was going to charge me $120 for a headlamp, but his price was $65. He's not the cheapest, but he stands by his work. The quality of work is excellent. If there's any issues, you bring it back and he's going to correct it. You can call him and make an appointment and unless there's major problems, you're going to get your car back that day.

Everything went well. There was a slight mistake on one of the cars, however it was fixed immediately!

Got used parts at a reasonable price, parts worked, so I was happy with the purchase.

Been going there for over 20 years never a problem, always no charge if they had to readjust or defective part.

I walked into the business expecting to make an appointment, but was pleasantly surprised when Paul said it could be done right away. He estimated about a half hour wait, and it was very close to that when the job was done.

No Problems but in the past they look for problems and fix them with out asking.

.We like the way they treat us. They are very knowledgable and feel they are experts in their field. They are honest and charge fairly. We will continue to use them.

My car would not start, but everything seemed to be fine with it about 15 minutes prior. Called the local garage and they said they would have a tow truck out shortly, which arrived within a half hour. Car was towed to the garage and promptly examined to understand the issue. I was called several times to update me on what was needed and what problems they found which was very helpful. The owner of the garage was extremely helpful and explained what needed to be done, also saw that it was due for an oil change which I had them do. In the beginning I had thought I would need a new starter but they determined it was a wiring issue instead which saved me a lot of potential $$ in repair. I am bringing my other car there to have work done and would recommend Blanchettes in Dracut to anyone who wanted to have service on their auto.

it went Ok; these people are polite, professional and I've known them for years. Despite that they sometimes can be a little more expensive that the so-called norm -- as I said above -- they do things thoroughly and right. Regarding the and quot;can be a little more expensiveand quot; -- usually we get what we pay for -- and I am very comfortable bringing my car to Rich -- because I know whatever will need to be done will be done and done right the first time...If their are any other factors that come up -- they will ALWAYS call before proceeding with say a more extensive repair. They always stand behind their work.

Thus other than my and quot;sticker b****and quot; and lt;Gand gt; -- which in reality didn't appear necesarry to me -- please remember -- I don't know their side; not what the State of MA expects from them.....For after all of this -- (seriously) I reccomend them with no reservations whatsoever (just be sure everything is in order when you go in for your annual inspection!! and lt;Land gt; Rich Blanchette and his people are honest and good folks.

I have had nothing but good experience with the whole group here. This shop is also NOT your "macho-style garage either. More importantly - they stand behind their work. THey are honest and do not oversell parts or unneeded repairs. The only" real "con" or constructive criticism I can make is on some items he/tend to be a little pricey. But most of this is offset by the quality and cleanliness of the work. I have another mechanic who I'm also very happy with -- but in the Lowell/Dracut area; Blanchette's is a very good choice.

I brought my car in to be evaluated for road noise and for an oil change. They determined that my tires had deteriorated. They don't do tires there, but they have some kind of arrangement with a nearby tire service. Blanchette's got me an estimate, took the car over to the tire service for the tire work and brought it back. I had neglected to tell them beforehand that I needed to wait for the car but they completed the work in less than two hours which was fine with me. The service manager I dealt with was professional and polite. They have a waiting room with a TV. There's a shop with donuts and coffee nearby, although I think there was a coffee machine in the waiting room. I'll definitely bring my car back here.
