He was very upfront with me about the length of time it would take. We waited until after the holidays to complete the service. He did not leave a mess; was very clean. The service was done quickly. They were also very professional, polite, and friendly. He made recommendations to me regarding storm door replacement. By doing that, I received my energy efficient rebate in full.
