FRANK'S LAWNCARE SVC

He's okay, he's not like fantastic. He does a really good job with the lawn, but I think he mows it a little bit too long for me. He needs to come more frequently. At least he did the very first time that he did this year. He like said to me. Your grass has grown a lot. I said, that's because you didn't cut it very short the first time. I asked him if he was going up in price. He said, no, but when I got my bill, he did go up in price. I told him, this is what you told me it was going to be, you told me you weren't going up. So, this is what I'm paying you. He came back.  I guess for what he does, the price is okay. I would probably rate a "B" for price only because he goes up by $5 every year. It just comes out for so many days, I don't really call him or anything. I would say a "B" for professionalism because he told me one thing and then charged me something different.
