+ -1 moreI never met the man. He was a scam artist all of a sudden when I questioned him he says he's too busy. Fake from the start. Buyer beware!
Description of Work: Molinari Const. was suppose to do some finish carpentry. After delaying the work for almost a month he sent a contract wanted most of the money upfront.
