They are very crowded. If you have to wait it will take a VERY long time. Even an oil change may take a couple of hours. It is difficult to call them to talk to a "service advisor" but easy to talk to an operator who will make an appointment. The waiting area is good in that they have a "cafe" and WiFi. If they do some work it is generally done OK. Unfortunately they are convenient by location so if you're willing to deal with long waits and being ignored for long periods of time it is OK. If you are able to talk to a service advisor they generally know what they are talking about. Bottom line they are too crowded to give you good customer service, but their repairs are generally OK.

It went great. What I loved is that the person who called understood that I am shopping around right now and wasn't pushy. We talked about them getting back in touch with me at a specific date so that I won't have to call them or track them down and they were very agreeable.
I had originally perused their services via their site and asked for information online. I was very pleased with their timeliness and behavior as well as their prices.
I'll mention my "classic car" but I'm not sure it is...it's a 2003 Toyota Camry and it's still running great! Thinking of buying another Toyota too because this one is so great.
Oh, and they sent a follow-up email as well.

They were very, very professional and very knowledgeable. The salesman was not pushy. They had a wide selection of new and used cars. They treated me with courtesy and I didn't feel like I was going to be taken. I was treated fairly. It was a welcome surprise for buying a car. The salespeople were very good and they treated me well.
