David turned around my request for an estimate quickly. He is extremely professional, prompt, and tidy. Most importantly, his work is exceptional - installation was beautiful and he took great care in blending old/new wood color, removing awkward threshold to open up space, and even replaced a few old boards (not in orig quote) to ensure more seamless transition from kitchen to dining room. Our renovation took place in the summer when I had a house full of kids (on top of the dog and working from home myself) - David was incredibly accommodating (and friendly!) making the tail end of our slightly stressful 3 mo reno a lot easier. David takes great pride in his work guaranteeing a positive customer outcome - I highly recommend Benjamin's Hardwood!

I am super pleased with how this work turned out.
He was careful and meticulous, and the floors looked beautiful when he was finished - which was amazing, because they were awful before he started. 
He got a B instead of an A on punctuality and responsiveness because both for the appointment to provide an estimate and to meet after the work was completed, so we could review the work and pay him, he forgot the appointment or had to re-schedule.  When it came to the actual work, he was on time and completed the work within the time frame he had promised.
