Awful customer disservice, I contacted Wayne, the owner with 5 phone calls and 2 texts. I received 0 texts and 0 phone calls from Wayne. He came once to view the project and seemed interested, but never heard from him again despite his promises to have a proposal to me within the weekend. After 5 phone calls, he began to not answer his phone from my number and did not respond to texts asking him where was proposal was. Horrible customer disservice to not even call me back to tell me he apparently was not interested or the project was outside his expertise in construction! He will receive multiple negative reviews to neighbors who might be interested in hiring him. I also notified the garage that referred me to him as well as Angie's list. Wayne may learn someday that the most important aspect of business, any business, and that is customer service and Wayne Dao lacks any of these skills. Horrible recommendation by Angie's list. Please remove this company from your list
