The floors were a bit damaged previously, but when the job was done they looked like new. The job was completed even faster than they originally promised, which left plenty of drying time, and they also did an amazing job cleaning up (no dust to be found!) Best of the all, the price was very affordable.

Kevin and Tina are the best when it comes to completing hardwood floor projects. I knew that I needed to do something about the hardwood floor in my first floor apartment. When I saw the deal offer for $450.00 by AZ Hardwood Floors on Angie's List, I quickly claimed it. Kevin and Tina got in touch with me right away and kept the line of communication open until the job was completed. AZ Hardwood Floors ended up finishing two rooms (instead of one) with hardwood floors for a very reasonable price. Making payment for the completed project was made easy by this team. AZ Hardwood flooring should be the go-to groups. They are professional, honest, and punctual. I am very happy with the job they did. The job was done on time as promised. They made sure all the trash was removed. I will definitely hire them again. They did my floors as well as my staircases.

Alex and his crew sanded the floors and applied two coats of floor finish. It was humid out and Alex waited two additional days for the floor to dry before applying the second coat. The floors look new!

Alex is a true professional. My fiancé and I started our first home renovation and have hired many people including electricians, plumbers, general contractors, siding, etc and Alex has been the best one to deal with out of them all. He showed up when he said he would, he works very hard, is customer oriented and is just a really good guy. He and his team gave me a fair price and I shopped around quite a bit. They clean up after they are finished and they cut the hardwood to perfection.

Alex Luong left me hanging with a partially finished project. I feel it my duty to report this to the community so that others do not get treated like this. I had Engineered hardwood, which I purchased, installed upstairs. AZ installed very fast, and when I inspected it, it was clear that the floor was not even. They should have immediately asked if I wanted this fixed, but just hurried and finished the install. Our agreement was that we would schedule the fixing of this, and install the handrails, which we did. The night before our appointment, Alex messaged that he needed to cancel the appointment for another job. I have been trying to reach him since, and he is not returning calls or messages. I am left hanging, and now need to waste a lot of time finding a new person to fix & finish this job. Do yourself a big favor & AVOID hiring Alex Luong of AZ Hardwood. Very unprofessional!

"First off, you hired me for the floor and staircase. Then you asked me to do the railing. After, I scheduled you on the wrong day and the customer on that day had to wait 2 months. I apologized to you and tried to schedule you for another day, but you didn't reply back until late at night when I couldn't do the job for you. Also, your floor was uneven to start and I told you that it was bad and that you had to fix it before I started, so it wouldn't look uneven. But, you never replaced the uneven floor, so when I finished it looked uneven. You are a horrible person for threatening me and my business, by saying that if I don't do the job for you, then you will write a horrible review (which you already did)."
