Mid Cape Garage Door

Great service! Did a temp repair at no charge to keep our old door functional while awaiting delivery of new door. Replaced door and all tracking in a bit over two hours. Also helped with choosing the design - the new door looks perfect!

Mr. Vienneau reviewed all options but was frank about explaining which features were unnecessary for our application, which kept the cost manageable. Installation was on the date promised, communication was excellent, and the door looks great, is weather-tight and operates perfectly.

They were very responsive in coming out to diagnose problem and to give an estimate on necessary repairs. A technician returned within a few days to install the new garage door opener. All went smoothly and the work area was left in excellent condition.

Ryan called to let me know he'd be a bit late, which he wasn't. The garage doors were not working from the remotes and had not been serviced in at least 15 years. He was able to use the original motors and openers, and replaced parts that were missing and was able to utilize parts that had been removed (who knows why). He supplied me with two new remotes and was able to fix one of the two we had. He did all with good humor, efficiency, and speed. What more could one ask?
