I have had Ed do work for a client in the past and he was great. This time I needed service on short notice as I had new appliances delivered and my property was being shown the next day. I explained the circumstances to him and he had to check with a previous job. I did have to call to see if he could make it but I can't hold that against him, some days I have the attention span of a gnat.
Anyway, fortunately he and his assistant, Rebecca, came out and installed the new plug, moved the old plug, installed the range hood and even fixed a dent in it. He noticed that I did not have a door bell installed, went to his truck got one, and installed it for me. After the job was done they packed up all of the trash, vacuumed and left the area immaculate.
Everything is working perfectly and I am appreciative of his great service.
