 + 0 moreHe was paid ahead of time to maintain the plantings, but never showed up to do the work. He left me a message and apologized for not taking care of it like he said he would. I never heard back from him after this and he still has the money for the work he did not perform.
Description of Work: He put in plantings for us in the spring of 2010 and maintained them the summer of 2010. We paid him again the next spring to come back and we paid him ahead of time to come back over the summer to maintain the plantings. for 2011.
