Excellent work and great communication

From the estimate visit, I knew that Remodel+ was the company to do the work. The owner, Tales Figueiredo, was extremely thorough in his explanation of how the work would be carried out. This guy is hands-on! We had several dormer windows whose edge trim and shingles were rotting. They removed the rotted wooden trim and replaced it with high quality PVC. All shingles were replaced as well as ensuring the walls behind them were properly prepped and sealed. Their cleanup is top notch! They would clean after every day. One hardly knew they were there! All of the workers were very courteous, answered any questions, and we were always greeted with a smile and wave. I believe this work will outlive us! Completely satisfied! We don’t have to mess around searching for a company for projects like this in the future. We will go with Remodel+👍👍

Remodel+ is worth every star! This contractor arrives early and leaves late, making sure all material and equipment is tidy. Target price was spot on, finished job ahead of schedule. Very easy contractor to deal with. Always available for questions. Already starting to plan phase 2 construction. A definite premier residential cape cod contractor. Try them.

At this point, after 2 wonderful jobs, I won't go anywhere else. On time (well, early compared to the estimate), on budget, exactly what we needed. Thales and his team are first rate. One thing I particularly like is that he takes the time to fully explain what the team is doing and why.

Remodel+ is an outstanding contractor. I had them install six windows plus trim work . Tales ( owner) is very professional, punctual, and kept in constant contact with us from the beginning to the end of the job. Their prices were better than several other contractors I checked out. I would definitely hire Remodel+ again.
