Initially the company was responsive and sent an estimator who provided a reasonable cost quote. Being a busy time of year, we were told it would be three weeks before they could do the the job. We were led to believe that the job would take two days to do. Three weeks turned into four without explanation.
The primary problem we experienced was the company's unresposiveness to us as the customer. We were told on several occasions that the company would be doing X, but when they didn't show no one at the company called to explain. We were forced to call the company to find out what was going on. The office staff tried their best to get answers, but the problem lay with the owner who apparently has a tendency to change the work schedule at the last minute. Although we acknowledged that "things happen", we were very disappointed that no one simply called to explain the situation. The lack of communication/respect was what was most frustrating and unacceptable.
It appeared to us that the office staff was not empowered to deliver on commitments made for completion of the job. We raised this issue in person with the owner and his response was to blame his staff. Not a good way to run a business.
The quality of the finished product was okay, but a three week job turned into eight before it was done.

The workers were competent and effective. All was done when and as promised. I am very satisfied.
