+ -1 moreIf timely responsiveness means anything stay away from this outfit. I contacted Encore seeking a proposal on a six figure renovation project. I provided an overview of my project and was told I would hear back from them within 24 hours. Impressive right? NOT. They never contacted me even after I emailed the person I spoke with in the office. If they were not interested in the project the courtesy of a call or email telling me that would have been all they needed to do. There are numerous contractors on the cape that I would urge people to try before resorting to using Encore.

+ -1 moreWe were pleased. One of the house's problems is leaks. I don't know exactly why. The work was done ten to fifteen years ago so we don't remember the price. However, it seemed reasonable.
Description of Work: There was a leak in the roof, they fixed that. They also did some exterior painting.
