He was very good. He went out of his way and saved me a lot of money. He helped me to replace some parts and put a new system together by re-using all the expensive parts from my old system. He troubleshot it and replaced what needed to be replaced. I was very pleased that he saved me a lot of money. Everything has been working fine. He was very professional and very capable. He was interested in helping me to solve the problem and not to make me spend a lot of money to do it. There was trouble with the controls on it. He changed the controls by adapting the controls from a different manufacturer into my activator and made it work again. The activator was an expensive part of it and I did not have to get that. There were some that would have been very happy to sell me a totally new activator system. There were a couple of service providers that I called and I did not think that they were very professional. However, I would recommend him and would use him again in the future.
