Gino is a real pro. He talked to us about finish options and we selected a combo of ceramic submarine tile and glass tile. The job was complicated by the style of electrical switches and outlets and the tile had to be ground out to accommodate the electrical covers.
Gino will be re-tiling our two bathrooms during this upcoming winter. We're looking forward to it.
He was on time at a very fair price and he cleaned up completely. Gino really knows what he's doing.

Gino is an absolute professional! One of the most enjoyable people to work with. He was extremely flexible with his time and squeezed in some of the work on nights and weekends to accommodate us. My husband decided to do the prep work (laying the sub floor) to save us money and Gino stopped by to check on our progress. He even went to the hardware store to pick up a new flange for our bathroom toilet after the tiling was done (not necessary but very much appreciated).
I wish that all contractors were as easy and pleasant to work with as Gino!
After working with Gino I am suspicious of the customer that gave him an F - it isn't consistent with my experience or others who worked with him.

Please see the above comments. Mr Campobello is not a tile installer of any credibility, he is a tile wrecker! I have spent over $5000 to try to fix what he did. I cannot believe a professional would take advantage of anyone like he did us. I now have kichen tile uninstalled ,thank God, but now no one to install it. This whole process is a nightmare, so beware . Even being on Angies List with good reviews unfortunately does not always get you someone you can count on.

Great , I will be using Gino for tilling my basement. He did a good job in the kitchen.

We were very pleased with Gino. He was extremely polite and accommodating. We had a concern, following completion of his work, about some of the grout looking a little "in your face" heavier and more noticeable than we would have liked and he came back the next morning and reworked it at his time and expense. I would definitely recommend him to others who are looking for old school excellence and craftsmanship.

Gino responded quickly to initial request. We arranged to meet at Home Depot, which we did, but did not find anything to my liking. We then agreed to meet at Cloutier Supply and were very successful in finding right selections. The selected tiles were available in a week, at which point installation would begin. It's now complete and looks great. I would heartily recommend Gino

We have had some work done on our kitchen recently to replace our countertops, and it became apparent that we would have to replace the backsplash as well. Gino had done some work for us previously and we were very happy with the results so we called him again to do the tiling. He was able to remove all of the tile and replaced the backsplash in a little over two days. He did a wonderful job, and the kitchen looks beautiful. Gino is a pleasure to work with, and is always very professional and courteous. His rates are quite reasonable as well. We couldn't be happier with the results!

I called Gino in May after reading the reports on Angie's List. He was very busy and I was hoping to get this small shower tiled by July 4th. He was not able to accomodate me, but I asked for an estimate anyway. He came and I received an estimate of $3275. to remove a 3 x 3 fiberglass shower and tile the floor and walls with 2 x 2 tiles. I accepted his offer and said I would wait. He started on 7/15 and finished 7/30. He is meticulous and was unable to work a few days during this time. He always told me when he would be here and when he wouldn't. He called if he was going to be late. Gino has been a tiler for 35 years and believes in doing the job the old fashioned way, with a copper pan, cement, etc. I had originally wanted the Kerdi-Schluter system, but he said he had never done it. I agreed to the copper pan. He brought Scott with him to help some days. They both tile and are both nice guys. They switched in the middle and decided to use the Kerdi-Schluter system for waterproofing the walls. I'm not sure why, other than they knew I had wanted it. I agreed to pay half of the Kerdi cost. My plumber could not come to install the new valve when we needed him, so Scott said he would do it. I was a little hesitant, but he said he had over 1000 hours in plumbing. He did fine (I hope) but damaged another wall while doing the plumbing. He repaired the wall and painted it. Overall, I am pleased with the job, feel they are trustworthy, and I would use them again.

Gino was very responsive. Came when he said he would for estimate and scheduled job as promised. I could not ask for a better person. Punctual, professional, polite, everything done as promised. Would highly recommend.

Gino was very professional and punctual. He did the whole job in two days. He has about 35 years experience under his belt. He helped us with another project which was not on the agenda and spent most of his day doing this as another vendor had left us high and dry. We couldn't have been happier with the results and he really saved us. On top of this he barely charged us for all of his effort. He is a truly honorable man and an expert in his field.
