Donna was unresponsive to multiple phone calls, and then was rude and mean over the phone when we spoke, and told us she does not service our area without many limitations and rules. She was rather harsh to talk to, like she was angry at someone and her vocabulary was rather crass. After all that, and no help, I would steer clear of this very limited diaper service.

We started with Donna in early 2009 after my son was born, and have used the service weekly until October 2010 when he potty-trained. At the beginning, Donna came to our house to show us the different kinds of covers and how to fold a diaper in a few different ways. She made me feel much more confident about cloth diapering (and even my husband got the hang of it pretty quick). Deliveries have always been punctual and responsibilities have always been spelled out clearly. I couldn't be happier with the service. When my son had bad diaper rash Donna was able to suggest different things to try. When we needed to go up a size she was able to get them into the next week's delivery without delay. When our next baby is born we will definitely be signing back up!
Description of Work: Diaper service to pick up, wash, and deliver high quality cotton prefold cloth diapers. Waterproof covers and other items are also sold by Changing Habits, but cover washing is done by the customer. Weekly charge varies by the number of diapers in your rotation (we were paying $16.50/week last round, for I think 50 diapers).

We stock several brands of diaper covers, Bummis: Super Whisper Wraps, Super Brites, and the Bummi Lites; Proraps: classic covers. We offer flushable liners, snappi fasteners, diaper hampers and citrus circles for the hampers. We also stock Bummi Wet Bags. We have 4 sizes of cotton diapers to meet each child's body size and weight.
We do not wash or provide cloth wipes at this time. Nor do we wash customers' diaper covers.
