Ken Arnold was highly recommended by a senior Realtor. He has done 3 home inspections for my rental properties so far and we are very happy with his work. Ken is very knowledgable and very thorough. He offered lots of helpful and affordable suggestions for home improvements, and they worked out nicely for us. I will use Ken's service continually and highly recommend his service

Excellent! Ken Arnold is very knowledgable and thorough. He offered lots of helpful suggestions/ideas for improvements that were beyond the scope of the home inspection he was doing for us. Received a very thorough, very helpful written report the very next morning. He's a character and I thoroughly enjoyed the time spent with him.

Ken Arnold of Ahearn Inspection was recommended by our realtor as the best in the Valley and after working with him, we can't imagine how anyone could be better. It was truly an education to watch him work and hear him share what he was seeing. Having lived in the house for a year, there were some aspects of his inspection that were not perfect - conditions have proved both better and worse than he might have suggested on a few things - but the role of the home inspection is not to provide a perfect lens into the past and future but just to give a thoughtful assessment of the major issues and their prospects. Ken did a stellar job in that regard, and we gladly recommend him to anyone who asks.

The problems began after we moved in. I should have trusted my instinct that a partially painted basement floor was an indicator of water issues. And the mold around the bulkhead was an indicator of drainage issues in the back yard.
To date we have had to: regrade the backyard and install a drainage system, manage a significant flooding situation under a room behind the garage, repair a hole in the roof (inspector did a visual inspection with binoculars)..

Absolutely wonderful service. The booklet they provided has been my guide to my home over the years. It is incredibly detailed with pictures and thorough explanations. I would and have recommended them and would certainly use their services again in the future if the need arose.

Great! Arrived ahead of time, took us through the whole house, explained everything he was doing and saw, even lots of things beyond the scope of the standard inspection. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Turns around a report in about a day.

They showed up on time and turn around a report quickly and over a weekend. I was very pleased with the responsiveness.
