They did terrific I give them the highest rating. They were wonderful, they were timely, price was best, guys were wonderful and highest rating for them. I would use them again in the future.

Stone Depot came out and installed a new countertop in my kitchen. Looked ok at first. Few weeks later the stone cracked at the sink. They sent a repair person out to fix it. The repair person told me off the record that they should warranty the stone. Long story short I have an ugly cracked counter top that will have to be replaced. Stone Depot was no help. Spend the extra money and get a quality product that will last.

The experience in the showroom was wonderful from start to finish. Sales people were extremely professional and friendly. I got to pick out the exact piece of granite for my kitchen. The availability for installation was very quick. The installers were friendly and prompt. However, there could have been a little, make that a lot more care taken with the cleanliness during and after the installation. At the very least a warning for the amount of stone dust to be exspected ALL over your house! I had tiling (by someone else) done in my house and he came equipped with a vacuum that took the dust out of the house and out the nearest window. Speaking of vacuum, they should come with one or at least ask me to use mine. The debris was left under each cabinet. You would think that they would clean the granite after the installation so that it is all shiny and new...NO that did not happen!! So it started off great and ended with a less good result!

Very well. I would definitely recommend them.

SERVICE: POOR COMMUNICATION BETWEEN SALES OFFICE, INSTALLER AND CUSTOMER. IF THEY DID IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME (THE INSTALLERS WERE TIPPED VERY WELL FOR THEIR EFFORTS THE FIRST TIME) ADMITTING THE INFERIOR PRODUCT, RETURNED PROMPTLY WITH A NON-FLAWED REPLACEMENT. I WOULD BE THE FIRST TO GIVE THEM A GOLD STAR, BUT THREE TIMES I TOOK OFF WORK AND THAT COST ME EVEN MORE MONEY FOR THIS JOB. SALES: INSTEAD OF AGGRESSIVELY PASSING OFF CUSTOMERS FROM ONE SALESPERSON TO ANOTHER TO CLOSE A SALE, SOME TIME SHOULD BE SPENT ANSWERING QUESTIONS. THIS IS AN EXPENSIVE PROPOSITION TO WALK AWAY FROM ONLY MILDLY SATISFIED.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD. THE PRICE WAS ONE OF THE CHEAPEST AROUND YET TOP QUALITY INSTALLATION. THE INSTALLATION OF MARBLE COUNTERTOPS IN OUR KITCHEN CAME OUT BEAUTIFUL. NO SEAMS. THEY ARE A VERY BUSY COMPANY SO SCHEDULING WAS A LITTLE TRICKY, BUT ENDED UP BEING OK. A LITTLE DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND MADE COMMUNICATING A LITTLE TOUGH. IN THE END WE HAD NO PROBLEMS AT ALL.

THEY ARE NOT VERY NEAT.

YOU CAN PURCHASE QUALITY SINKS AT DISCOUNT THROUGH THEM.. I PROVIDED MY OWN, AND DELIVERED THEM IN ADVANCE SO THAT SINK CUTOUT WAS MADE IN ADVANCE BEFORE INSTALLATION. THEY LOOK GREAT!
