Declan is fabulous - great attention to detail, interest in ensuring the customer is satisfied, and follow through.

Excellent work quality, communication, responsiveness. Although pricing was generally on the higher end of the range, it was perfectly fair and reasonable. Completion timetable was not brisk but also was not unacceptably slow (there were no unexpected or unjustified delays) and we didn't mind it taking a little longer since the quality was so high.

We were extremely happy with the work. Everything was done professionally, and Declan and his crew are a pleasure to have around. They made sure we were happy with everything, and even fixed other things around the house while they were here. They cleaned up at the end of every day. We couldn't ask for more. He was suggested by friends who have used him for many projects. He has done other work for us in the past, though nothing on this scale, and it has always been great. I know he has done gut rehabs of entire homes, so I imagine he can do everything, though he has not done that for us. His prices are also very fair. The work ended up costing a little more than the original estimate, but that was because of problems discovered when he opened up the room. He had warned us this might happen and carefully explained everything. Declan is a delight.
