From the telephone interview that my husband conducted to the finishing of the work, this was a very good experience.  Mr. O'Malley checked in the evening before, and was totally prompt.  When he had to leave the job site for 30 minutes, he checked in to let me know. After he completed the job, there was no trace of debris left. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Very responsive to my call. Showed up promptly. Assessed damage to door and repaired that same afternoon.

They arrived on time to inspect my broken garage door opener and determined that it would be best to replace the whole thing (it was so old, there was no point in fixing what I had). The new opener was ordered that day and installed the following morning. Installer worked efficiently and neatly and gave me a run down on how to operate the new touchpad.

I have a very heavy custom wooden garage door and the existing door opener died this last weekend. I called O'Malley's on Sunday based on a friend's recommendation and Mike called me back Sunday night and was at my house at 7:30 Monday morning. We discussed a replacement and he gave me a price and his team was back at my house this morning and did the job in under an hour. They called fifteen minutes before they arrived to let me know when they would be there. The person who did the work was professional and courteous. Their price was great. I can't recommend them enough. I don't believe they gave me the "high priced suburb price" like so many contractors do. I am especially happy with O'Malley's since Marathon Door had been hitting me up yearly for $200 and up in "annual maintenance" on the doors and they didn't notice that the plastic parts were shredding. O'Malley's told me I didn't need any professional annual maintenance and should just spray lithium grease on the chain and door hinges. and Marathon had never done the door hinges.
