Extremely professional, on time, spent 1 hour for needed repairs..explained everything , gave maintenance advice. Reasonable price. If only other service companies were like this one!!

He got back to me within an hour of my leaving a message. We arranged an appointment for a free estimate. He arrived a few minutes before the two-hour window. He said he could replace the cables, pulleys, and springs right then for $200. (I had seen the same work advertised for twice that.) He did not try to upsell me on a new door or anything, plus he suggested some easy maintenance we could do to keep it running smoothly. The door is working well and sounds much quieter now.

I needed 3 garage doors replaced, using existing openers. Marty came a few days after I called, made some suggestions of styles and materials and quoted a price that I thought was reasonable. He also suggested installing a keypad opener for one of the doors for $50, which I thought was a good idea. The doors arrived sooner than he had expected, so he was able to do the installation within a week of coming to give an estimate. The doors look great, and are noticeably quieter than the old ones.

I left a message at 11:54 a.m. today.. He called right back.. He was in the neighborhood and came right over.  Quickly and efficiently installed two springs to either side of door.  Insisted that I try to pull up and push down to make sure I could do it.  All done by 12:45.!  That is good service.  Wish all the services were that prompt amd efficient.  Well done.

Called him late in afternoon on a holiday (President's Day) and he just happened to be a few blocks away.  He drove up in front before I could even get my coat and shoes on.  He had to roll under the door to get inside and then he said something about a roller came off track or something.  Took about 5 minutes.  He also adjusted a couple of other things on the door and asked me if I slammed it a lot, which I didn't think I did.  When I asked him if there was anything else that needed to be done, he said the springs could be replaced, since they looked like originals and may eventually break.  However, at that time it just didn't seem like something that needed to be done in the freezing cold 19 degree temps so I passed on it.   Couldn't have asked for faster service though.  He only charged me half a service call fortunately.

Provider was responsive to my phone message; scheduled the work for the next day. Work was performed as promised and completely meets expectations.

.He came and provided a temporary fix which was welcome.  He gave us options for a more permanent fix

They were great. They answered the phone right away, we were able to schedule an appointment for the next day or two. They arrived when they said they were going to, they did the work neatly/efficiently/professionally. I was very pleased.

An excellent experience.

I pulled the car into the garage and lowered the door, a sudden sharp retort and suddenly the door wouldn't open any more. We worked all evening to get it up manually (using car jacks) and then realized we didn't have the tools to torque the spring. We called O'Malley's and they came within the next couple of days. I can't begin to say how pleased we were with them. They marched in with what other reviewers rightly call a 'can do attitude' and put the thing to rights in no time. They also replaced a bracket which had been installed sloppily so now it works even better than ever. I hope the problem doesn't happen again, but if it does I'd definitely call O'Malleys, Highest recommendation

The gentleman was very prompt and responsive, and he made the repairs quickly.  The doors are working quite well now.

It went well overall.  They were very responsive.  They came first thing in the morning the day after I called and did the work that day. They were very pleasant to work with.

A spring broke on my manual single car garage door.  Answered my phone call and came out the next day to fix, was done in less than an hour.  Door works great again!

Mr. O'Malley came at the appointed time.  He was friendly and gave me an estimate.  I calded him about 5 days later to see if he was able to obtain the device.  We set up another appointment to do the work which was done as expected.  I appreciated his can-do attitude since another company said that the device was not made anymore and gave me an outrageous price for putting in something new.

Very well. They were very efficient and professional and checked out everything on both doors.
