NTB Store - Dedham

I got four new tires. I also added warranty. I bought Wesley tires. Guys please do not but them. I went to the store a couple a weeks later and complaint about the noise and how it made a sound every time I turned . Well they checked my tires and told me they didn’t have nothing wrong. I told them Ithat I wasn’t satisfied with the purchased to please changed them that I was going to pay the xtra. And they still didn’t . Well last night I was driving home and I almost crashed. My car slide side to side and did a 360. Luckily I’m still alive. I will contact them again .but so far they have the worst customer service. I do not recommended.

Scheduled $20 oil change and tire rotation special. When I got there they confirmed and put my car on the lift then came back (5 minutes) later and said my car could only use synthetic oil which was double the price. I said I had not heard that before and had had most of the prior of my oil changes done at the dealer. I told them I was not going to argue over the $20 but they were now the same cost as the dealer. Bottom line: don't believe any of their special offers.

They had the best price for four expensive tires we needed for our Subaru. Called and spoke on the phone first and made the appointment. Dropped car off and had them put on new tires along with balancing within the time frame quoted. Very happy with their service and would recommend them.

So far so good! Car rides better, and was ready before the 1/2 hour was up! Pleasant and accommodating to wanting an appointment right away - walk in. Car was checked out and then estimate brought to me for approval and I was on my way in no time at all (on a Sunday!)
