Chimney Repair
The original estimate was increased 2x just before starting the job. I have paid first half upfront. Job quality was poor and I have asked to fix the problem. They insisted to get second part of the payment before Friday and promised to fix it next week. Fix was done but they were extremely rude. I have a hand written contract, they have promised full contract with more detailed information which I have never received
