 + -1 moreIt was awful. They dropped the heavy parts of the tree onto the driveway and cracked the cement. The truck they had was too large and they backed into my bushes and tried to drive over small front garden with rose bushes and everything. The clean up was terrible as well. They just swept the chips into my bushes. When I complained to them and sent them pictures they didn't do anything about any of the problems I had. I also sent them emails/mails. At that point I received a voicemail from them saying that they would do something about the bushes but they never did. I think the crew they sent out was not part of their regular crew since I'm a single woman, and it was only one tree. I never received a real receipt from them. When I asked the foreman he jotted a note on a pad of paper that I had paid in full and signed that. Very unprofessional and irresponsible!
Description of Work: They removed one tree from behind the house.
