Steve was very prompt about getting back to me to set up an appointment.  He was able to quote me on the spot and was professional.  His crew was very friendly and we went over the details of the project.  No problems start to finish and the hedge and lawn look great.

Dealing with Steven and his crew was a pleasure. They were punctual, always returned calls, were attentive and considered of my requests, repaired everything that was affected by the work and in general had outstanding quality of workmanship. The crew came up with a great landscape without a prior design as they worked their way through a challenging access to my sloped backyard. We were very pleased with their work and have been impressed with how hard they worked to improve our yard.

I don't believe he was high quality until we started picking at little things then plants started dying and the relationship soured.

The workmanship was good and the walkway looks quite nice. We had, however, a dispute with Steve about what the project entails. Steve ignored the fact that our sprinkler system would have to be adjusted, even though I had asked about it. Steve did not take any responsibility for this oversight, despite of being a landscape design company. The sprinkler service company asked for $200 extra to remove some of the bricks that had just been laid down and to put them back. As 2-3 bricks broke in this process, I asked Steve to replace them, correcting his oversight. Although he agreed, he kept postponing the work and never showed up. 2 months later, he told me that he did not want to work with me anymore. His comment came after he himself had stated that he was charging me "a lot of money" for the work. The actual invoice was $1000+ above the estimate. I find his behavior highly unprofessional. I also feel that he broke my trust, as I had (naively) paid prior to him correcting the problem.

They were very helpful and did a nice job. They were reasonably priced and the price was close to other estimates I received. A few plants died and they came and replaced them.

I have worked with General Landscape Corp for several years now, first in my condo association & now on my own. I have always found them to be reliable, professional, knowledgeable, & a pleasure to work with.

ESTIMATE WAS GIVEN TO ME ON MONDAY, AND SHRUBS WERE GONE ON TUESDAY. PRICE SEEMED COMPLETELY REASONABLE FOR THE WORK PERFORMED. 2 POLITE GUYS SHOWED UP, DID THE WORK, AND WERE GONE BEFORE I KNEW IT, AND THE AREAS WHERE THEY WORKED WERE ENTIRELY CLEANED UP.
