Mark and his crew do excellent work, and he has done painting for me for years. However, this time, inexplicably, he walked off the job in the middle, while I was away, and then did not respond to calls or emails on my return. (While I was away his excuse was that he was working on another project which was taking more time than he anticipated, but that does not explain why he did not respond to my efforts to reach him after I was back.) I was left with a job half done and had to scramble to find another painter who would complete it. I find this behavior completely unacceptable and unprofessional; I will never use him again, and I'm sorry because as I said I had used him for years.
