They came over the day I called to see if they needed  to replace a toilet in my elderly and house bound parents house.   He said he could install a new toilet the next day.  He called the next day to say he couldn't come until Thurs. morning.  It was the height of heating season and he was busy.  He came on Thurs. and installed the toilet.  He called me to let me know he couldn't take the toilet unless I paid an extra charge.  I asked him to put the toilet on the street where the trash collector could pick it up the next day.  He put the lid of the toilet on the street and left the toilet on the front porch.  It is too heavy for us to move so it is still in front of our front door.  My parents were real upset because they have health care professional come in every day and they have a toilet in front of the front door to greet them.  They apparently didn't recieve their first check so I sent another one on Tues. 15th.  The plumber has called me at work everyday telling my co workers I owed him money.  He showed up at my parents house demanding my phone number when he had both my work number and cell phone number.  My mother asked him what about the toilet on the front porch he replied it would be $70.00 to take it.  There was no mention when I hired him that he would not take the old toilet with him and it would be an extra charge.  After I paid $625.00 for an estimate of $600.00 I think he should have taken the toilet and not wanted $70.00 more.

I left a message a little before 8 am, and within 10 minutes, I received a call back. A very nice gentleman came out that afternoon and installed a new pipe for us. As ours was an older setup, the plumber did not have what he needed on the truck, so he went out and purchased one that would work with our sink. Even with having to go and purchase the part, he was finished really quick. The plumber was very friendly and answered any questions I had, and I thought the cost was reasonable (particularly since it included both parts and labor). I was very happy with the experience from start to finish and would definitely use them again.

The plumber did a nice job with the work, was neat with drilling for both lines and soldering for the water line.  Gas line install was efficient, using as much of the older existing piping as he could do safely.  He left us considerable extra slack in the flexible water line to allow for easier installation of the fridge.  Price was right in the average range for the estimates we received, and he billed exactly what he estimated. He was also quite flexible on the timing, rescheduling without a problem at the last minute when our appliance delivery was delayed, and he showed up right on time for the rescheduled appointment.  Work was quick and neat.

Dedham Plumbing has been great in responding to an A/C problem that stemmed from a previous company's poor installation. They have been fair in their estimates, quick to respond and have attempted to get the job done without exagerating the problem. I will definitely iuse them again!

he got there on time, assessed the problem, solved it cleanly, neatly and professionally.  Before leaving he advised me that another appliance was leaking and should be addressed at a later date.  no pressure...just very hepful.

They are high quality and polite.  Their prices are good. 

We recently purchased a house in Milton which was in need of a new vanity counter top.  We were able to get someone in to install  the counter top, but they wouldn't connect the drain.  I initially contacted Dedham plumbing and got a quick call back from Tony who gave me an estimate over the phone and set up a time.  Unfortunately there was a mix up and when the time came the next day, no one showed.  I called back Tony who apologized and scheduled someone for the next day.  This time they came on time and were done with the job in about 2 hours.  It wasn't  a very complicate job, but the drain pipe didn't match up with the new sink hole, so it wasn't something I wanted to tackle.  Dedham plumbing did a good job, at a fair price.

Overall the plumber was in and out in less than one hour which I was impressed with.  My problem was solved and I felt he took the time to explain everything.

Tom responded to my phone message the same afternoon and arranged to come and give me an estimate within 2 days. He gave me options and let us go and choose/purchase the new replacements. He came back the next day and installed them both in less than 3 hours. i was able to use the $50 coupon on the website for Angie's List users. Company is small and family owned. Tom, the son, indicated that they had only been on AL for a few weeks. I would recommend them for general plumbing needs. My job was very basic, but service was great and everything was handled with professionalism. I wish they would accept credit cards - had to pay by check, but that was the only disappointment. It was a small job and I spent about $129. I chose them based on the recommendations I got on the website. My experience was the same as the reviews I read. They did quality work and the plumber was very professional. I think that all the plumbers are overpriced.

My overall experience with them was good. The quality of their work was good. They were professional, punctual and responsive.

VINNIE AND HIS SON TOMMY ARE WONDERFUL. I WILL BE USING THEIR SERVICES AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE. THEY ARE 'RIGHT THERE' WHEN YOU NEED THEM.
